Gorgeous retreat Queensland cottage style
· Beautiful renovated quaint Queenslander on a lovely block. We saw so much wildlife relaxing on the deck. The house is screened and light and airy so a wonderful place to relax - as if from another time but with all the modern comforts. The beds are comfortable and the furniture and kitchen are lovely. The lake is a short walk away, so this was a great experience for the kids as well as us walking down to the water. There is a huge yard around the block so also great for anyone who likes to enjoy space and serenity. We could easily spend time at Peregian Beach and drive under 10 min back to enjoy the rural feel so close by at the property. Normally we would find a beach house at Peregian to stay but I’m SO GLAD we decided to try this house out - it gave a great mix of scenery to the beach holiday! The hosts are extremely friendly and communication was easy. Would recommend to anyone who wants to experience Queensland, who has kids or has a group holiday they want to enjoy.

· Awesome place....Clean,comfortable,hosts were very attentive. Facility had everything you need. I would definately stay again....hopefully longer next time. Kangaroos are there everyday like clockwork ;)

Only 15 min into Noosa.

The cottage is very pretty, as much inside than outside! We had a great stay with my family, enjoying the surroundings, spotting kangaroos, playing with the dogs and walking down the lake. Our hosts were very warm and welcoming, they brought us some refreshments in the evening and had a great chat with us the next day. I highly recommend to stay in the cottage even for a couple of nights, we were very sad to leave after one night. The late stay was a big advantage to be able to enjoy more our time in this beautiful part of Queensland. The area is quiet and conveniently situated near Noosa and supermarkets. Beds were super comfy and everything was spotless clean. We couldn’t hope for better!

The beds were extremely comfortable the house was decorated beautifully with wonderful treats left inside for our family. The hosts were very helpful lovely people. 10/10! This was the best airbnb accommodation my wife and I have had the pleasure to stay in & we've traveled a lot. Our dogs loved it too! It's so close to so many amazing sites yet it's still away from all the lights and stressors of life. The birds sing for you every day, and the kangaroos chill with you whilst enjoying a beer or a drink sitting by the outdoor fireplace. It doesn't get much better, the house is also super comfortable, with the perfect balance a modern Queenslander with beautiful bright and white touches of decor. Beautiful ambiance. Rob is also greatly accommodating and hysterical (funny). Don't forget to check out the lake it's huge and only knee-deep! See you next year Rob! Thank you.

Cottage, clean , very comfortable and quiet.
The lodge exceeded our expectations in regards to being comfortable, clean and quiet. Beautiful little Queenslander in country cottage style. The fans worked in all rooms but there is air conditioning if needed. The location is 15min from Noosa which suited us. They also had board games for kids and dvds which was very handy. The hosts were very welcoming and assisted us with an extra mattress and linen for short notice extra guests. There was 6 of us in total and my husband would love to go back and stay again soon, but just the two of us!! Thanks For your hospitality Rob.

“What a tremendous find! Large enough for the whole family. Small enough for a cosy couple and most importantly - their dog. Watch sun up and sun down on the verandah, with kangaroos in the yard and all around you. Sit on the huge logs around the fire pit or bbq on the upper deck. A lovely, quiet, private and remote air conditioned, 3 bedroomed, very comfortable cottage with all the mod cons, including WiFi. It’s just a short ~400m, uninterrupted meadow walk from Lake Weyba. With very friendly owners and their two Kelpies, on hand, to guide you for the lie of the land, should you need them ......... a place to just chill out, even in the middle of winter. Try it. You won’t regret it.”

Such a hidden gem - the most lovely mix of country & beach. Particularly loved the campfire & tripod set up next to the house & canoeing on the lake. Kangaroos, cockatoos & the sounds of the bush so peaceful & just minutes away from beautiful Peregian Beach, restaurants cafes & shopping. Great mix :)))

Absolutely everything about this place was perfect. Stunning property, great for families, great for anyone looking for peace and quiet! Even with young children, they could run around the grounds and burn so much energy. Couldn't rate it more. Will be advising this stay to anyone visiting this area!
